About
Laine DiStefano
I’m a family therapist using cognitive behavioral techniques to help families navigate transitions in a healthy way by boosting perspective taking skills, communication, and connection.
I’ve channeled my energy and passion into learning from my personal challenges and experiences from raising a teenager, to my current challenges in raising a toddler. I’m an avid reader who loves science-based practices, parenting skills, and psychology. I use my learnings and experience to share practical solutions and fixes applicable to complicated systematic problems. With regular work on small things often we can create new habits, set new goals, be our best selves, and become more connected as a family.

Jamie Rosen
Hi, my name is Jamie, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and under the supervision of Natalie Shepard LPCS. Employing the Gottman Method, I help couples strengthen their relationship by teaching healthier ways to cope with issues, increasing friendship, and building a life of shared meaning together.
It is important to remember that all couples have disagreements. In our work together, I will assist you in replacing negative conflict patterns with positive interactions which will allow you to communicate more effectively when trying to resolve gridlock issues that may prevent you from connecting on an emotional and physical level.
Through Gottman training, I have had specialized training in the following areas: affairs, addiction, alcoholism and drug addiction, treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and violence.
